Shelby en Aluminium beaucoup plus léger et d’une cylindrée realésée à 7.9L, développe 600 chevaux SAE pour un poids inférieur à 1000 kg à vide. Pour contrôler cette puissance, l'auto dispose de la Transmission Tremec TKO 600 5 vitesses. Cette Cobra Kirkham se distingue par cette incroyable carrosserie entièrement en aluminium brossé, n'a parcouru que 11 800 miles d'origine. Sur une base d’un châssis de 1981, cette Cobra est sortie des ateliers de Kirkham le 08/09/2004. Elle est équipée de jantes 15 pouces style Halibrand. C'est en 2008 que l'avant-dernier propriétaire importe l'auto en France et l'immatricule sur le territoire. The engine of this car, a much lighter engine with displacement increased to 7.9L is a Kirkham 482 C.I. Shelby Big Block V8 made of aluminum, develops 600 SAE horsepower for a curb weight of less than 1000 kg. To manage this power, the car is equipped with a Tremec TKO 600 5-speed transmission. This Kirkham Cobra is distinguished by its incredible full brushed aluminum body and has covered only 11,800 original miles. Based on a 1981 chassis, this Cobra left the Kirkham factory on September 8, 2004. It is fitted with 15-inch Halibrand-style wheels. In 2008, the previous owner imported the car to France and registered it there. The car runs perfectly and has been meticulously maintained, with €15,000 in invoices over the last four years, including a reliability upgrade to the cooling system. This Kirkham Cobra is registered in the official Cobra registry alongside the CSX continuation models, which also feature Kirkham bodywork.
